“Bramante” apartment is dedicated to the famous renaissance painter and architect. It has 6 available beds of a total area of 72m2. The ground floor contains a large living room and an open space kitchen. The first floor is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor has an additional double room including a bathroom.
The establishement is ideal for families and groups in search for comfort and relaxation, to have a close contact with nature and to fully enjoy the authentic experience of Terra&Sole farm and the agriturismo Il Podretto.
RESERVATION POLICY: In order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the service, the minimum stay is one week. Afterwards your online reservation confirmation you will be contacted by our team to complete the process. If you are interested to stay more than two weeks please, contact us by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation is free of charge if you cancel your reservation 30 days before your stay and we will fully refund your deposit. Also, the cancellation will be free of charge also in the 30 days before your stay if your cancellation is due to Covid19 restrictions (lockdown).
