The “Laurana” mini-apartment, dedicated to the famous Renaissance architect, has 2 beds and a private bathroom, counting the total area of about 25 square meters.
The accommodation has an independent access and stands detached from the main building, in a panoramic and dominant position overlooking the pool. The building is ideal for couples who wish to indulge themselves with moments of comfort and relaxation. It will be possible to live in contact with nature thanks to the authentic experience offered by the Terra & Sole farm and by the Agriturismo Il Poderetto.
RESERVATION POLICY: In order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the service, the minimum stay is one week. Afterwards your online reservation confirmation you will be contacted by our team to complete the process. If you are interested to stay more than two weeks please, contact us by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation is free of charge if you cancel your reservation 30 days before your stay and we will fully refund your deposit. Also, the cancellation will be free of charge also in the 30 days before your stay if your cancellation is due to Covid19 restrictions (lockdown).
