The “Raffaello” apartment, dedicated to one of the greatest Italian artists of all time, has 5 beds available for a total area of about 65 m2. The first floor is composed of a large living room with an open space kitchen. In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a main bathroom. From the internal staircase you reach the attic where there is an additional double bedroom.
The structure is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation, to have a close contact with nature and fully enjoy the authentic experience of the Terra & Sole farm and the agriturismo Il Poderetto.
RESERVATION POLICY: In order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the service, the minimum stay is one week. Afterwards your online reservation confirmation you will be contacted by our team to complete the process. If you are interested to stay more than two weeks please, contact us by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation is free of charge if you cancel your reservation 30 days before your stay and we will fully refund your deposit. Also, the cancellation will be free of charge also in the 30 days before your stay if your cancellation is due to Covid19 restrictions (lockdown).
